Pros:
* Dual-core processors contain two processing cores, that perform calculations on two streams of data to increase efficiency and speed while running multiple programs. This processor is known to be an energy efficient processor and as AMD puts it in words, this is a “cool ‘n’ quite technology”. The Multi Point Thermal control prevents the processor from heating up and enables a cooler and quieter PC experience. Comparing this processor with Intel core 2 Duo processor, this is definitely by far better and more efficient processor.
* The NVIDIA GeForce 7100 with 128MB dedicated graphics memory is pretty decent graphics card and since the computer comes with 1343 MB of shared video card it makes the graphic experience more unique, the shared graphics means that the computer uses parts of the memory of the computer toward the graphics of the computer when they are not used.
* The 500 GB of hard drive is a lot of space and should be enough for a long time;
* The lightscribe feature is pretty neat and since you can write Double layer DVDs it makes the DVD/CD drive to be pretty good
* The 3 GB of memory is very good and should be enough for windows Vista Home Premium; The most you can upgrade is 4 GB under 32-bit processor and 8 GB under 64-bit processor.
Cons:
* The dedicated graphic card (NVIDIA GeForce 7100) by itself is just a regular/basic graphics card but the shared graphics makes the computer to be a little bit better.
* Does not have a built in wireless card, but a lot of desktops do not come with a built in wireless card
